We'll see, that last match Brazil played they were rubbish, okay they won but only 1-0 and they certainly didn't look like the best national football team in the world to me. Any team there would have given them a decent game, let's see if they've improved today.

Oh Niney I wouldn't be so sure, in their first match Brazil were awful, it's like they've lost all incentive to play. They're slow going forward and they're sluggish at the back. A team like Russia having htat problem I can understand because it can take some days to get used to the heat, but Brazil? I think they're just not functioning as a team for whatever reason. Although undoubtably the skill is there, that was evident from Kakas goal.

Hhrmm... looking at the World Cup I think England have got quite lucky. A reasonably easy group and now, looking at it, a reasonably easy route to at least the Semi Finals.

Likely route:

2nd round, Ecuador. A good side, but no match for an inform England (admitedly, we are playing poorly at the moment)

Quarter Final: Portugal or Holland, two sides that don't set the World alight even in good form, something that neither side are really in.

Semi Final: Spain or Brazil most likely. Both good sides, but Brazil are playing very poorly and the Spanish have ahistory of drifting out of contention in the World Cup
