but why should have a clan of 3 be equal to a clan of 12....after all... the larger clan should have more say because it represents more people.... nad i see your concern of inactives....but there should be some rule about log in...and i guess the punishment for having inactives is that there will be a lower point/member ranking

Wait a second how many people actully live in the US who play this game? In england, diplomacy consits of two councils, in SL way this would be a council of 'New players' and a council of 'Vets', the Vets + Newb councils would both have to agree on it first efore the change is accepted. Also you would have to hold elections for goverment every round incase the members of SL arnt happy with the way things are being run with the council.

You cant have a noob council, noob is subjective is a restarted vet a noob, is less than 3 stars a noob, when do they get booted, what about a 5 star player who comes back but never had an hw are they still a noob?

How about we jsut looka t teh concuil as a way of professer hearing what the players wnat intstead of listing to eveyr single request to changes made. thats all it is. adn i cna't belive that a 17 year old kid saw that ebfore most of you did.

Its a council, a body of advisors to give advise based on their respective clans interests, it doesnt matter if one clan can give more advise or not, the prof knows which clan is bigger, he makes the decisions the council does nothing, in the end, its a cabinet nothing more, jus slightly more democratic, it does not undermine the sl community as they would have representaion both in the council and in the profs periodic polls, it does not undermine noobs as even lacking a definite definition of noob they have clans that are made for their interests and they can vote in polls, this council does not replace open debate, but sometimes the prof makes changes based entirely on whate he thinks should happen, this is solely for those cases to give the people of sl slightly more say...

I just said its the way English diplomacy goes. Yes I do hate you Neggy thats why im not going to let you worm yourself into every decision made and kick the rest of us out but a few. If theres to be a council forum then it should be public, just not let everyone post there, at least then the SL community can decide wether its corrupt or not.
