the only thing is, if its not public the clannless will wonder if their views are beeing upheld.... and how often are we going to voe for senators, once a round, once every two......or will we swap senators on our own (each clan swaps whenever they feel like it)

but the downside to it being public is that the controversy will spill into public forums etc.... and many that are not senators will wnat to become involved and want their views to be seen...... i dunno

it would make voting in the clanless much easier and less confusing...cause tech they are in a clan.... maybe bigger clans pull more weight then smaller ones...kinda like the vote is based on the population of the clan.....but then that opens door to recruiting and keeping inactives........
