A house is nothing if its been abandoned.. almost every freakin "noob" I've defeated ahs been inactive.hell most of them were 2 star players that had yet to capture the SP planet or colonize the uninhabited planet in their system. Reseting the game wont do any good for them because they nolonger care about the game. Majority of new players dont even try to play the game after they see how complicated it is. They move a ship or tinker with the gathering and give up.
All players like me do is clean up the trash they leave behind. As for deleting Active noobs.. Omfg how many times do I have to say it.. I ATTACK ANYONE!! I dont care if your a Noob or a vet, or have a Nap with some one else in my clan, YOUR NOTHING MORE TO ME THEN A TARGET!! Quit whining cuz you got defeated and DO something about it!!
I see all these players in maxwell brigade with ALL their planets in a huge line one after another.. No wonder I wiped out almost half the cal they all had their planets clustered together!! Stupid!!
If this reset actaully happens, and assuming I dont just wuit cause of it, I'm not going to bother with the nearby planet function so muxch as Probing. Thats how EVERY player should play!

DV, it's people like you that prevent new blood coming into the game, I don't think you just target anyone, I think you ENJOY taking out n00bs, some sort of power trip or a cheap thrill possibly, either way it isn't good for the game, defeating active n00bs is pointless, you know you're bigger and stronger than them, you don't need to prove it by taking them out before they've had a chance to do anything.
