Noobs shouldn't be allowed to vote.
I would think more like a months experience so they have an idea of just how much will be lost if the reset happens. Right now all they have are the puny traders and assaults and no mass production worlds. They have nothing to losse if reset happens. We have everything.

Well, there could be a week before reset, where everyone would use all of his resources to attack. Armagedon of SL, after which New Age would come

If this is intended to be a closed game with newbies not welcome, except as fooder for attacking and defeating, then newbies should not vote. However, if it is intended to be a dynamic game where new challenges might exist even for very senior players, the reset is essential to keep the game interesting. After all, you might as well just close the game for good and have a computer create lots of simulated newbies if you have no desire to have real new competition.

I never said Noobs couldnt Play the game, I said they havent been around long enough to know whats at stake if the reset happens. They Have NO Experience and they dont care what happens to the old vets cause it doesnt effect them. All they know is that the reset will level the playing ground for a little while.
I said players that have been playing for atleast A MONTH should be able to vote, not a year, or 3 months, or 6 months.. ONE MONTH. That still falls under the noob category but atleast Those noobs have been around long enough to find out how the game works and see what the other players have that they dont.

And another thing.. how many times do youi think this reset will happen?? If it only happens once, then what good will it do? For maybe a month or two all players will have a level playing ground, but after that, experience and old alliances will kick in again and we'll be right back where we are now. A bunch of big unbeatable players hunting down weaker ones.
This reset is nothin more then a lame attempt to bring something new to the game, but in reality it does nothing,
