there are mininukes in development that have not been approved for combat, because it is feared that if used it would lower the standards needed for the use of a nuclear device of any type, currently that standard has stood since WWII and states that they should only be used in the event that a convential assautls would results in hundreds of thousands to millions of casualties on both sides, as was the case with an invasion of Japan, their are also convential bunker buster which can bury themselves in between 20 and 100feet of concrete before detonating. Also radiation cannot be contained, it can penetrate though even several cm of lead or several meters of concrete. Therefore the radiation will not be contained in the event one is used in fact the mini-nukes are classified as tactical not strategic because they have been designed to reduce the destructive fireball and increase radiation output. A more effective way of eliminating armies as the radiation spreads. That is completely factual and unbiased facts are facts, no mininukes have been used, convential bunker busters have, mininukes have been in development for a while Im not sure but I believe it started with Reagan and was continued by both Bush sr and Clinton and now bush jr

no they are not, their are convential bunker busters and mini nukes, the convential bunker busters have depleted uranium in them to add density for going deeper into the ground, but they are not nukes that release widespread amounts of radiation, applying that standard all tank shells are nukes as they are filled with depleted uranium as well.
