You could argue it's not actually information gathering.

The information is already there, you're simply moving the information that's already provided in real time to a new location.

They have to be cleared by an administrator and the ruling is completely at the administrators disgression, the only reason i know that is because when dangel wouldnt let me have sls like 6 rounds ago i brought up the fact it was information gathering, and Cajin and DAngel told me Prof approved it.
