My main homeworld is too huge for it to be worth the difficulty in attacking to pretty much everyone (though I should burn up a bunch of recs to make it even LESS enticing) and all the others are just big wads of defense, and most people like at least some non-defensive to loot when it's all done

And that sometimes can not always be true on the resources part. Resources is a bonus when taking down a homeworld in my eyes.

That's what I mean.

My main homeworld is piled with non-defensive that would be a nice bonus if you captured it.
My secondaries have much lower defense, but are 100% T&E, so they're easier to capture, but less enticing targets
