because we don't want other people exploiting said bug, iiri and will have already been alerted, and we can discuss further after it is fixed

if the governement computer system had a security flaw they found out about, they wouldn't tell everyone what it was before they fixed, in fact they probably wouldn't tell us after they fixed it, but they wouldn't go announcing how to break their system lol
