Why won't he drop down to 25 planets if he doesn't log in?

Edit: I meant that he will drop to 25 planets on the 6th if he doesn't buy the planet upgrades.

Iiri could make him drop down to 25 planets... or use the old cap on experience and let us get 2500% again... or if we can get 30 players together, each with 60 200% assaults, we could take down all of his homeworlds.

Plus, to make it more challenging, we ought to see if a Lith player can bring him back online - call it SmartFox vs. the whole world. Subtitled: 'he's gotta sleep some time' . My bet's on the world, though it'd sure be close .
