Life in prison is not just. He has taken life and as a punishment get to continue living his even though it will be confining? Do you think any of those he had killed would have traded their fates for life inprisonment? Our society is not just when those whom are wrong get less justice then those who wronged. We consider the guilties rights before we consider what they did. Punishment is punishment. If the proof is undeniable the why keep those around who have no place left in society. a 22 cent bullet is cheap. It is also and more humane to those who have a future and who now have to be around and who have to guard a prisoner with no hope and no fear of retribution since he /she is already serving the max. Killing them makes it more just for the rest of us and gives everyone a harsher punishment than rotting on death row and being executed decades after the crime has been committed. It is not the death penalty that does not act as a deterant it is our lack of applying it that has led to its lack of deterant.

i believe that life inprisonment with outragous labor demands and beatings is worse then death.. bcuz when u die everything stops.. theres no pain.. no pleasure.. no nothing... its an easy ticket out... he did unspeakable crimes and deserved unspeakable punishment... but oh well hes dead now

He should NOT have died. Put him to use, he is one of the more influential people, one of the more well-known, and one of the more clever people who achieved a lot. He is good for something. Something called cheap labor. Also, threats have came quickly after his death, and it has not done anything to help us. Hasn't helped anybody. As a matter of fact, we have hurt ourselves by hurting him. The US really needs some brains.
