For truth, just because mainly LTC explored harvesting form enemy planets. And that's not a paranoia. If lets say dogg had used that tactic, believe me, there would have been "no changes till April", "we have to consider it first", "a slight change may come", "bravo" and so one. Retaking has disadvantages (and not hard to solve), but the way it was forbiden in a month of no changes was pathetical.

The topic disappeared among others soon and this just shows how impulsive the decition was.

LTC are just some smart monkeybrothers, but giving planets to a player means you have to wait till the player gets online etc else the res isn't upgraded

Well the obvious reason would be that you would gain full points for training and that you could stock the planet for point gains.....

Also keep inactive players from being used as intrest farms.

well its not forbidden actually Rukna..... becuase of the change its perfectly legal... once plannet transfer occurs.... the shields argo up and no recs are added to the plannet.. hence the plannet gets not def.... and for it to have def you have to put recs on the plannet then retake it.. which mean you pay for any points you recieve from attacking it.... so its not eaxcly forbidden becuase you cant harvets that way any more... just a cheezy way to try and get points.....
