A year ago, I bought this game from Zygi, partly motivated by a desire to keep it alive and a belief that I could make some changes that would improve what was already a very good game.

Over the past year, many bugs have been fixed and many game enhancements added. When Zygi visited the game in November, and spoke with me afterward via email, his view was that the changes were good and had improved the game, and he seemed pleased with our efforts to support and build upon his creation.

However, some players have become critical of me playing as part of the game community due to conflicts of interest, and I have decided that I would rather play the game than own the game if I have to make a choice.

Recently, I received an unsolicited offer from someone who is not a player of the game to purchase the game, at a price that is slightly more than Zygi sold it for about a year ago.

Discussions are at an early stage still, but there is a possibility that I may sell ownership and give up all admin rights, as it may be the best way to continue playing and enjoying the game.

One of the conditions of the sale, however, will be that I will have the right to approve any significant changes to the game that are proposed over the next 12 months, and there will be no changes in existing policies regarding credits, and finally, that I will receive all information on market transactions from the game database to use in research analysis.

personally... i think its better just to play the game... but seriously... why would u sell it off to someone who doesnt even know anything about it... the reason why u n zygi were such good leaders of it is cuz u guys were players too... u had gotten the jif of how things were and wat made wat things better... giving it to a complete outsider hes prolly just gonna change it to wat he thinks is best.... im all for u goin back to just bein another player... but im totally against it bein sold to an outsider

It is an individual who is a programmer and who has wanted to own an online game. The price to buy this game is less than the value of the time it would take to create it from scratch for anyone who has a job.

I suspect he will be an okay owner, if the sale goes through. He did play the game about a year ago, and was never good at it, so never got many points, but he liked it a lot. And now, he has a job so a bit of money and can afford to buy the game. Or at least, so he claims.
