Buildings (except turets and warp disrupter) on a 20x planet starts to give you profit less than in a month. It simply means you have a 36pt (minus cents of hydro) gathering planet. Worth the risk ;) And risk is a way less than gathering in simple planets. And much more comfortable.

Therefore i didn't voted for a 4 lvl building (when shields are so enormous; although actually i don't care much about 4 lvl) - a 36pt planet is already enough powerful to have.

And when you "capture them all" where do you suppose to store let's say 50M resources? :)

Buildings give profit on any planet (not only on 20x), so you can build them on all your planets and don't need to keep defence on them. So you can have planets up to 56x :) Of course, risk to loose is a bit bigger, but some of my planets I have for about 6 months now and they never had big defence.

Then my situation will change and I'll be the one who has enough non def res to encourage to keep them on planets and grow intrest :)

I mentioned 20x planet just because i didn't count the time it starts to get profit on other planets :P

Personally i never have any important amount of non-deffensive resources (except i have very little now grown on my Hws and not sold or used yet).

As for 4lvl buildings it will let to have a Hw with 20x shield even on a 9x planet.
It means we will lose the charm of growing/finding and selling or using high value green planets..

i see a simple solution to that, dont allow lvl 4 shield generator (and actually, you would need a 10x [1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10, 10+9 = 19])

also, we could leave interest on troops, but once they reach a certain amount, they stop gaining interest, this will make it useful to noobs trying to build hws and significantly less useful to veterans

filas's Idea about no intrest on troops but intrest on everything else is good. price for troops will go way up so it wont be as easy to buy them. and rukna when you capture the recs you sell them and buy more troops;) smaller net loss:) encouragment for attacking

so I propose... 0.5 on E... non on T... and 2 on all onter nondef..... levl 4 for all buildings..... cept shield generator....... this would definately cuase some action... in the game... many nic efat HWs would lyeing around....

1 percent interest on T..... before you get to 5 mil.... isnt a bad idea but there are many ways to get around that... though if you dp.. you be leaving lot of 40-49 mil def plannets around... but wait?.... what if those plannet had 16.7 mil E.... along with the 4.5 mil T or so.... Exactly..... not a badd idea but too hard to implement.....
uless the interest woul dstop at either 50 mil Def or 5 mil T whichevers is first... then youd have tons of miniHWs around to capture.... and lots of painful coding for Iiri...

I say just go with 0.5 on E... none on T... and 2 on all other non def recs.......
and level 4 cept shiel generator....

2% for any res is way too much it means doubling in 1,5 round

1-2 watever non def res should only be one to recieve intrest that high
and any number in that range would do the same job
