you know where the problem lies, in the market. THe market brought about so many problems that were not counterbalanced by the good. Before the market people weere trading recs just fine and people had to store thier recs on planets or ships. No w we have to worry about people storing recs on ships and the market. We cannot restrict the market too much because we know that with changes the prices for certain resources go up and down. What I suggest is that we get rid of the market or heavile change it so that MAx T is 70 cred and MAx E is 65 and so on, THis way there will be no storage of T or any other recs for that matter in the market. As for the ships, that is simple as well, Use the 1% every day rule and make sure that the time is random so that LTC or Filas or anyone eose cant Abuse that rule and place T on planet for the 30 seconds that the 1% rule is going into eeffect. Think of that as a tax of some sort. THen We must get on of the New Player Forum Mods to type this up and put it in the SL Handbook for new players to learn how all these things work. All this arguing and the problem really isnt that hard to solve, if we find out that 1% is too littel simply raise the cost. Also DON NOT forget the implications of Prof other new change about the credits, Making the 50 planet max cost 4.6mil T each round os a major jump from under 2 mil T. This will defnitely limt HW captures from one aspect so lets do these changes once at a time and make sure they are thought out and well hashed out and the numbers are crunched and recrunched because this every round new changes is really affecting the dynamics of the game and causing players to get frustrated because they cant get a winnig pattern going.

Neggy professor said that he was working on making a change so that goods on the market are still tied to the planet

we just need to tie the floating HWs to a planet...EX: you loose your HW you loose whatever floating HW you had.....

Yeah that should have been thought out before we made the change. I remember people even telling prof that that would happen. REality of the matter is that people are not going to build TRans for 100mil of recs, that is waste of Iron. So before the market our problems were a lot less. There were still some HWs, more than now because I remember iDG even before thier victory last round that they had more HWs and the coords were known. But I just wanted to point out how one change drastically affected the dynamics of the game because it wansst thought out propperly.

Bpm: I dont see the point going back to the old system, as if someone saves up all those trained assaults then loses his/her hw, its completely crushing.
