Yes, I would rather have a cost of obliterating planets, and lower cost to take them. That would be better for newbies, who are unlikely to obliterate any planets when the start the game.

But, since there is no cost of obliteration, I will have to at least make there be some cost of capturing planets to be obliterated. One way or another, there will be some cost of obliteration.

For new players, my intention is to have the newbies stay in new player arena until they have enough resources such that they would be able to take planets such as these from saved resources. However, I do agree that this has not yet been done, and is a weakness of large planets. On the other hand, the alternative is no planets to take, which is worse than only strong planets for which to save up resources to take out.

About newbies.. really, maybe they should stay in newbie arena, but then need in manual wrote it... because they so want to enter the real arena
