We go way over our quota and buy it off of them, thereby reducing there quota so we can pollute more, resulting in the inability of their economy to develop and our economy to become efficient and clean. 4Spendin FAR to much, nothing is good in excess, especially a military, even Eisenhower a president, general, architect of D-Day, and Republican knew that. Having a huge military industrial complex is a bad thing, do you realize that boeing is becoming more of a military contractor like lockheed than a civilian one like airbus. This makes our economy more dependent on war, while other nations move toward peace we move toward war. Its idiotic

and most of the plasma research associations are international in nature, its not like were leading the way, the us isnt going to singlehandedly get us out of this solar system, and sending waste into space has been proven idiotic countless times over. Even if we have about a 99% success rate in launches (which we dont) that means that 1 out of every hundred times itll fail. Usually that means we abort and blow up the damn rocket if its filled with toxic waste or better yet nuclear we have hundreds of square miles of contaminated land.
