I think we should have carriers with hyper that can tranport fighters. (but not assault ships)

oh yeah... an when some one detects one of your planets with the Nearby planet function.. it should tell you which one of your planets they detected.

No it doesnt... it tells you which planet has been detected when some one probes it.. this shouldnt be any different. and you have no way of defending the planet thats been detected this way cuz you have no clue WHICH planet to defend.

ok, well this is from Starcraft, why not have a special ship, that goes into hyperdrive, and brings all ships surrounding it (in the blocks of space right next to it) on the xy axis, to the same location, and each jump costs say 500 hydrogen, or something like that. This sort of encorporates Wannix's ideas of wormholes and someone elses of mass launching ships.

hmm, no. cuz you can't go just to 1 1 1, you've to send a wormship to there, and then you can. it's lots difficulter and expensiver
