actually she got third degree burns if you read closely but that still does not subtract from the point of some stupid americans. On city in the west I forget because they are so insignificant, A lady was walking and her high heels got stuck on one of the grills above the trains on the sidewalk. She sued the city. They afterword banned highheel in the city. So if a cop saw tou with high heels you would get fined a ton of money. Now dont you just love the system.
