Turrets are fine to attack and attacking them is encouraged. You will not face retaliation for attacking turrets for points.

It is a planet inside the battle zone.
The battle zone extends 100 in all directions around 0:0:0
Inside that area are a bunch of planets, which when taken can not be left or ob'd.
At the center 0:0:0 is my guess as to where the "hill" is.
I'm not sure of that for sure.
Several years back there was a contest to see who could take and hold that planet and the contest was named after the children's game "capture the hill".
