I have been trying to think of a way to run an SPC capturing contest but without a whole bunch of manual tracking. I then realized that training is also important for introducing more trained assaults.

how do we determine the training captures from actual spc captures. Is someone attempting to keep a tally on it, or are we going on the honor system?

There is no differentiation both are allowed. Therefore all captures regardless of their purpose are counted.

RoS is correct. Training also bumps activity and is a accepted. I "prefer" at least some are fresh captures but I'll pay out either way because activity is good!
