This forum looks so abandoned (no posts for a few months). I thought that it deserves at least some regular spam, so let me explain my attack policy.

I usually do not attack active players unless they attack me first or there is a clan war (however, I do not belong to any clan at the moment). If you are active but I've attacked you [1], please PM me and I may give you a better and safer planet. I also promise not to repress inhabitants of such planets (if they would complain about being moved from their home to a better place, I would let them stay and not obliterate the planet, I promise).

[1] For example, I'm not sure how active Bionicle is, because he has more than 40 planets, but didn't show up in the news for more than a week and didn't clean up ~10 SPC planets nearby one of his, and even had 2 shield points on that defenceless planet where he was producing hydrogen. Also, plausibly due to high toxicity of the planet, inhabitants didn't complain about moving and took their resources with them.
