Ocea: a couple of things:

- Anything below 30m and no turrets can hardly be called a HW
- Apoc is more than wise enough to teach you not to have small HWs and bank your resources with clanmembers until you can put up a decent planet. If not, shame on you, apoc!
- Seriously? This planet? Back in the old SL those planets would have been gone less than a day after the first find.
