At the last council meeting the following measure was passed and is to be implemented by Will:

Keeping the current 4 SP drops per hour with each planet having a 2.5% chance of being a green and defensive resources will remain at 5k T and 5k E, non-defensive will all be the same random number of thousands between 2k and 8k.

Council felt that this would provide some randomness and some felt that there was a lacking in greens currently.

The Council felt that changes need to be made to the newbie arena and a topic is to be started with recommended changes so that they can be discussed by the council.

Next meeting was slated to be September 28th

Having unannounced Alien drops providing the Aliens with a certain number of planets that are not in the news. Measure was not passed. (Council showed interest in the idea if the system could be made undetectable by nearby detection in order to provide incentive for probing, but it was deemed to be a highly difficult change and therefore voted against)
