A few of you have noticed a problem in some areas with ships not being able to move, or with them disappearing into what is effectively a Black Hole.

This problem is related to the deletion of inactive player ships and planets, and will be fixed shortly.

We know understand the problem, and within a day or so, should have the problem fixed.

Sorry for any inconvenience and loss of ships that might have occured due to this temporary "space" black hole

Two of my HW become Black Hole.
It means I am inactive?


Prof comment = No, but it means that some player who was deleted had some ship near those two planets, which may have been an invisible ship, but the ship was deleted along with the player from the player ship database file, but not from the ships location file on the space screen, so when drawing the space screen for ships near those planets, there was a temporary inability for the game to process an inconsistency in data, so the game "gave up" and sent anyone trying to view the deleted ships space into the game homepage. This is why launch worked to move ships, and you could trade or dock from launch screen, as the only problem was when trying to view the "space" page screen.

Operation could not be continued. You cannot set shield levels below the amount of shields provided by your shield generator buildings.
How do I get around this?
Never had a problem till the barracks module was changed for Gold..
Now my planets say +10 for gold and I never changed a thing.

If you want to change any of your production settings on planets with barracks, you will need to increase your H production manually to 0, and then you can change your other settings however you like.

I think this was a good way of not catching people off-guard, and will have the effect of making the move from H to Au a more gradual transition.

Edit: If you don't modify the setting, you can continue using hydro for barracks, if you modify it, you start using gold. I guess. That's pretty nice

not related to black hole but im doing trading/pirating atm... and its not lettign me fill the ship to its full potetial
update: nevermidn its just not autocorrecting after every trade so if u experiance this problem just exit change back to the ship and then retry your trade

i lost 2 trannys, one was a 1m cap, sad day
