any changes in ships (assault) training? I was away for 6 month, and there is no changes? Hard work is still respected... not entertainment?

You can generally buy them from people who don't mind training for you for about the cost of training them yourself. You get a few additional points if you do the training yourself, which offsets the boring aspects of the training itself. Also, training is not TOO bad if you do it with a x20 planet, or at least, x15 planet. However, there might be some drop in efficiency that way.

but the best way to train is to get a 10x planet which takes 20 captures to totally train an assault
i have just got a system of 10x planets

Depends on what you consider the best way... some players want to train faster... a x20 is twice as fast wich means half the time boring clicking
