Well.. Most of the story of Dan Brown is based on a false "finding" of old documents. The story was made up as a promotional stunt to make a hotel populair. Silly enough loads of ppl believed it and the church tried to cover it up.

Problem is there's people who STILL believe it's all true. The book is a work of fiction, made up, not true, a story, novel. Okay based in some VERY small part on rumour and myth but fiction none the less.
