lol dang thats harsh... sparring and stances (ya forms) come easy to me... and i like when we get to break boards thats always fun ... but its when u gotta memorize the terms and definitions that i get nervous.. i just try my hardest to relax and it usually ends up goin pretty smooth.. lol i remember when my sister was testin for her green belt she had to spar with my instructor and when the instructor turned to the right my sis did a jumping hook kick and nailed her in the side of the head.. lol she got laid out flat

Oh, that's brilliant! Lol! We're not allowed to do that. We are only allowed to do semi-contact, though it usually gets a little bit out of hand. Like in the Norwegian Championship sparring final last year; I got my ass seriously kicked. The people who watched the match said I actually spun in the air after she landed a roundhouse in the side of my head
