BTW: that whole thing about 16+ several months in U.S. for driver's permit...
Thats a bunch of bull . You can get it 15+ a few months. Don't be discouraged. However, driving and owning a vehicle is a BIG responsibility... So be careful, and don't drink and drive. you might hit a bump and spill some beer....
