Effectuve with the start of August round, the interest rate on resources held on planets will decline to 1% maximum interest. The resources on which interest will be paid is still the first million only of any resource.

This will be the only change in August round.

In addition to this small change, the 500% of normal bonus will remain in place, as it was for May to July.
