I don't always bother with deleting multis until they actually do something with the account or show up as using it with another player's computer or IP address. Obvious multis are also less of a threat, and often it is a new player try to figure the game out and starting up a few times. Since there are plenty of planets in the new player arena, and no need to do this to get new planets for vets, I only go after what appear to be clear and serious multi account abuses.
