Formula is attack = troops * (1 + exp/100), so the attack would be 50k * 1.02, which is 51k.

Solving it the other way (using algebra), we know attack, know troops (= volume, 50k), and want to find exp:

75,640 = 50,000 * (1 + exp / 100)
75,640 / 50,000 = 1 + exp / 100
1.5128 - 1 = exp / 100
0.5128 * 100 = exp
51.28 = exp

So the ship needs 51.28 exp minimum to take the planet, and as it's an integral quantity, we must then round it up to 52. So, for a 50k ship to take a planet with 75640 defence, it must have 52 exp or more. (Simple algebra to many players, but it may help you in the future ).
