For truth i didn't find any fresh SPC system for several months already
I don't probe recently and don't use warp, but still no noob planet or earlier left systems didn't provide a single fresh SPC system.. Forgot the taste of these nice loaded beauties

i think iiridayn changed it so when you spy on a planet the accumulated res is added (before the owner had to look at the res...) and so before when a newb quit the planet stayed low def, but now it keeps goin up
