You'd need 60 planets to store it all, and that's assuming the interest limit ^_^. So I don't think Prof has a billion of anything .

The depth of your paranoia impresses me . I'm pretty sure Prof doesn't have as many as 65 maxed transports, and iirc his energy is spread relatively thin across his planets too. He may have 1/2 a billion of E or something, but I don't think he has a full billion yet .

Professor does not have any resources of significance on any ships.

Most of my planets have only 1 million max of any resource, other than T & E. To have more is to invite trouble. To have less is underoptimizing on interest.
