Okay most people have had this problem so I figured it would help if we all knew how to solve it. Whats caused it is the change in how gathering codes work, it changed yesterday and the cache on the web browsers are still loading the old code so the display doesn't work because the code your browser is loading isn't right (I think, someone correct me if this is wrong).

So how do you fix it? Simple!

If you use Firefox:

Tools ----> Clear Private Data ----> Check Cache ----> Click on "Clear Private Data Now"



However, if you use IE:

Tools ----> Internet Options ----> Delete Files (thanks Chaos )

So there you have it, the way to get your browser working again when you try to decrease/increase shields and change your gathering.

As I said in the other topic, shift+F5 on that page should work too, as it reloads and bypasses the cache (and updates it). The problem is the javascript file associated with that page. If you're lazy, you can also wait and your browser will also eventually load the new one.
