hey weren;t shields supposed not to be limited anymore? i thought this mean planet points would increase over 20x. but they're not

Planet production points are limtied to 20x, only shield is unlimited, so you can get more shield only from buildings.

Yes, we will have barracks buildings soon, but the construction crews are on temporary strike due to low wages and have refused to get the buildings planned completed on time. However, the military has been called in to break the strike, and it is expected that these buildings will be completed with the "encouragement" of the militia to "motivate" the construction crews by next Monday.

It is expected that before the triple witching date of 6/6/6, we will have these barracks buildings in place.
