No it shouldn't be allowed, because then assualts or transports on a HW would also become game. Instead a ship should be undocked if a player is using it rather than sitting on that players HW.

I didnt know you could attack if youre docked.. I dont think Ive ever done thet... the seccond I select a ship I thought it was undocked... as lots of them have been destroyed without me moving a single parasec..... so I dunno... maybe it dont work for me or I dont know how to do it porperly.. also proff.. if your ships on your HW werent docked youdve lostthem months ago and youdve lost lost a lot more in the fights too... as you had more to loose... and all the ships I used I instantaneouly produced as opposed to them already being on the plannet......... ......

docked ships shouldnt be able to attack.... though in this case I saying that against myself.. I intend to use that to my advantage fully if ever Im onlin ewhile proff is attacking again....
