indeed 5000 credits can help you to get around 150k points so it is not enough to win a round, but it is enough to win class E, D, C or even B. So in principle to make credit buyers make less profit than round winners it is better to review awards system. Means better not award top players of a class, as these top places can be easily bouhgt, but better award more players in overall classification - like top20 or similar. And, as someone suggested, prize fund of awards should be dependent on purchased credits - someting like 50% of all purchased credits. So let's say when someone buys 5000 credits it would mean prize fund of 2500 credits. Using my system of distributing awards between top20 players, this would mean 750 credits for 1st place. If 10 players would buy 5000 credits each, it would mean 7500 credits for round winner. Means in this case even good players who are not buying credits by cash would be interested in other players buying credits as in this case they can expect better prizes for top places.

Yes, there is definitely merit in this proposal by Filas, which also fits with a suggestion from Digiat as well.
