Why i can't build building on another planet when i building on my Homebase? It's in another sistem, so i think that it's not logical. Please think about it.

So, if we have only only one building crew, so we'll must wait until they get to another planet hmm... As Agux said troops is not a problem. Every planet have some population on it an they can build whatever they want.
