well, I think he can sell planets for any price he wants, it's not a problem. Just don't buy it if you don't want to.

But if he deleted posts to help himself in his business, it is abuse of mod powers, and he must lose all his mod positions.

Dire wolf he is abusing his mod powers by deleting posts that people make that either appeal to the fact that he buys credits and that he overcharges. The point is not that he overcharges but that he deletes posts that he should not be deleting, therfore abusing his moderating powers.
