No, he prolly was suspended because he was a multi. Is the normal reason Prof suspends players.

Yep. Definitely a multi in his case. No question about it. Same computer AND same IP both.

Two accounts active at same time, and even similar email addresses. Very bad. Not allowed.

Multis will be suspended, even if they are members of LTC or LTF and claim that I am cheating somehow or suspending them simply for attacking my planets.

If you are a multi, it does not matter who you are or what you do. There are a few cases where a second account, for a short period of time, has been permitted to test new player missions or for some other reason. If there is a good reason, which has been "sold" and approved in advance, or if proof of separate identity has been provided, then use of one computer by husband and wife, brother and sister, or otherwise joint players can be permitted.

In this case, he did not ask permission and just opened up multiple accounts, which is not allowed and sufficient cause for fast deletion of an account. I do not want multis in the game, so he should go find a different game if he can not be satisfied with only one account.
