cant if its organised by an official union and technically if its organized by an official union the company cant take legal action against the striking employees as far as i know or is my understanding of wot ive read on the matter

public service strikes arent illegal they happen quite often over in the UK the bus ones are especially annoying wen u need to get to college and its and hour bus ride which turns into a 2 hour walk
