To get a new smily, you have to design it and submit it to Iiridayn for approval. It has to be within size limitations as a jpg or gif file and wthin maximum 15x15 pixels in design. It also can not be copied from another site without getting permission from the creator or owner of the work due to copyright restrictions.

While there are a few above 15 px, my personal preference is not to go above that (as the smilies are 15x15). Since LTC are the oldest clan still around, and a practically a feature of the game, it was decided that it would be okay for them to have an emote (since had already been done, and was basically iDG's icon). If you want a new emoticon, and it's appropriate for the game, you can send it to me (or a URL if you want to do it that way) and I can install it for you. Due to the pixel size, gifs are prefered.
