Lol, classy. :D

Dios, you've got the law and common sense on your side. I've got a paedophilic drunkard for a french teacher personally. Check out some law sites and make 100% sure before continuing though.

There are some situations where you do not have a right to bring a solicitor. Since it is UK law, and I am not an expert on UK law, not sure about schools. Your solicitor should be able to advise you on this matter.

However, the best starting point is to use a two pronged approach:

1. Sue the school for negligence, discrimination, or on some other basis a solicitor might be able to come up with as a basis for a valid legal claim under UK law. Threats of a lawsuit are much less effective than actually filing suit in court. There is some cost to file, but it gets the other party's attention and forces them to get legal counsel involved, which is likely to result in increased desire from people higher up than your current decision makers to settle the case.

2. Use the court of public opinion. Schools are run by the local administration. The local politicians do not like bad press, as this might be used against them in the next election. Go to the press, and lay out the case (especially helpful AFTER filing a lawsuit against the school and the city officials responsible for supervising the school). There are a lot of press outlets in the UK, and while some might not want to write about it, there will be some newspaper that might be able to make a nice expose story to embarrase the city.

If none of this works, then try doing distance learning education as home school.

www.byu.edu - under independent study has a lot of high school course topics that can provide a very good education. Iiridayn was mostly educated at home for high school, and did very well in both his high school and later his university studies.

Do not let problems with schools get in the way of you getting a good education.

You can, with independent study, actually graduate with a high school diploma in the USA without ever setting foot in any classroom and without ever going to the USA.
