I issued credits for winning round, but the system incorrectly reported that credits were issued when in fact, they were not actually issued to the members of the clan. I do not yet know why it happened, and other than putting in place systems protections to avoid this happening again, it does not matter. What does matter is that I owe LTC an appology in public for not believing them when they said credits had not been received. I went so far as to believe that they were lying to me, and they felt I might be trying to cheat them, when all along, it was the game system that was lying to us both, by telling me they got the credits while telling them they did not have them.

I have made restitution for this mistake. I am sorry it happened and sorry for my actions in not believing AGUX and SmartFox when they reported the problem to me. In the future, I will be slower to accept the system reports without doing further investigations into issues where there have been problems with the game.
