go to one of your planets and look for the option nearby planet and that will tell you the coordinates for the nearest enemy planet, then all u have to do is get an assault ship click the option intergalactic flight and type in the coordinates.

make sure to have enough uranium first or you wont be able to make it.

What i do is if the planet is really far just make 1 planet to Uranium so the production is something like 6x
