Does anybody in here know what is considered to be self-defense?

Like; is there a # of times that someone has to hit you first before you can hit them back?

I think I'm about to get into a fight real soon... and I'd hate to have an assault charge put on me...

Overhog, Some advice on your possible fight. If he (or she) is bigger than you, you should try to avoid the fight because you may get hurt bad. If he (or she) is smaller than you, you should also avoid the fight because you will look like a bully. If he (or she) is the same size as you, you should avoid the fight because it will likely end in a draw and nothing will be accomplished.

About this game, I think you should restart. You will not have immunity on February 1. You always use OVERHOG2 than OVERHOG3 than OVERHOG4 .......

Size doesnt always matter.. I'm not the biggest guy in the world but I've taken enough "self defence" classes to beat the living shit out of most people regardless of their size.
And as far as the law goes, if they hit you first, you are allowed to defend yourself. Whatever your defenition of "defence" is.
A few months ago I got in a fight with a guy in a bar parking lot.. he didnt like how I was looking at his girl and decided my eyes needed physical readjusting, so he followed me out to the parking lot and knocked me on the back of the head. I turned around, caught his next attempt to hit me, wrenched his arm around till it snapped, grabed him by the neck and tossed him over my shoulder onto a car windshield. he was knocked out and when the police got there thay asked what happened and even though the guy ended up in the hospital I didnt get chargedd with anything cause everyone there (including his Gf) testified that he hit me first.
