I think it's just about right the way it is. I guess getting to keep the planet till next round is an incentive to be the last one holding it.

But you should play properly next time, or sometime since you cant do that one...

In response to your question, it was the time of the event. About half the players of SL are from the US, and the event took place around 1-5 AM when most are sleeping.
