This game has a lot of promise. Tho, sadly it is not fun to only sit on a planet building defense just to have a chance to survive. It is less fun seeing people on the forums talk about inactive "Noobs" with only 10 points after only a few days in the game. If you have more then 10 points, then you wasted resources that might have helped survive. Anyway, I'm going back to EverQuest until there is a new server or some kind of wipe here for a fresh start. At least in EQ I'm already elite

Later this week, I am going to go hunting for cows. I have an extra shotgun if anyone wants to join me. It is fun and easy. They just stand there and cannot run or defend themselves. Hmmm, well figured that was the type of sporting some Skylord players enjoyed.

I've though you was inactive so I've captured 2 of your planets, then I've gone to the last one and saw it is your HW so in spite of getting more points to try to reach a better place this round I've left you not defeated... But someone hates active new players and have defeated you... Shame on him

Not your fault MBIK, nor is it rmd x's fault. The game has no mechanism in place to allow new players a reasonable chance to succeed without aide, or goodwill from the player base as a whole. I don't mind getting owned, you need to get owned to learn how to own. I'm not done with skylords, just done for now.

Chaos, I've been in WoW Beta since before the horde was playable. It has nice graphics, but the game itself doesn't do it for me heh. The games I am waiting to see include Vangard, and the Dungeons & Dragons MMORPG both currently in development and looking sharp.

I'll check in now and then to wait for a reset, or updates that will make the game playable from start up. I have ideas if the devs care, you have my email.

In the mood for civ3 atm =D

Civ3 is really interesting.
I'm going to play WoW though, EQ2 has too highr equirements for your PC besides I don't like design and style... Graphics look nice but in screenshots you can see obvious tiles, and very little detail (where are flowers, trees etc )

I actually prefer playing civ2 to playing civ3. I have't tried the other games you are talking about. Any other ones worth looking into?
