no man. i lost everything. i had only 2-3 planets. nothing others. some resorses and two ships. when my last 8 milion defence HW has been captured by STARFOX............ BIELKA,HUNTED SHADOW,AGUX helped me little more(total - 2ook troops, 1 transport , 1ok iron,10kgold).
now i have 30milion up HWwith many resorses

only hws ive ever lost was one at 2.5mill defense mainly because i forgot to put the shield on and one at 14mill because of bug

My HW was probably first lost due to that bug, it was in round 2 or something, and Zygis didn't get it back because nobody knew about the bug yet and he said there's no bug so it stayed as SP Confed...
Even earlier when I just joined the game I lost my main system (I thought it would be cool to have 3 safe plaents and produce something in all of them lol but somebody didn't understand how smart I was and captured them ).
